From the Yucatán Peninsula–two fried eggs served over local corn tortillas topped with black beans, tomatillo salsa, green peas, feta cheese, red salsa fresca – with fried bananas on the side…yes, it sounds a little strange, but it is Capi & Brent’s absolute favorite!

Trio’s Benedict – $10.50

Toasted English muffin, smoked ham, two poached eggs, hollandaise – with hash browns & seasonal fresh fruit.

Eggs Scandinavia – $11.50

Toasted English muffin , Norwegian smoked salmon, two poached eggs, hollandaise, fresh dill, capers – with hash browns.

Shrimp & Grits – $12.50

Large Gulf shrimp, Andouille sausage, garlic, green onion, herbs and spices simmered in a classic roux, served over cheese grits and accompanied by garlic bread.

Southern Style Breakfast – ​$8.50

Two eggs cooked your way, two buttermilk biscuits with sausage gravy and white cheddar and smoked gouda cheese grits.

Quiche of the Day  – $9.75

Served with fresh fruit.

Piedmont Crêpes  – $9.50

Two crêpes, savory chicken, Monterey Jack cheese, lime, red bell pepper, hint of jalapeño with avocado, sour cream and tomato-cilantro concassé garnish – with seasonal fresh fruit.

Breakfast Quesadilla – $9.50

Scrambled eggs with Jack cheese, bacon, and avocado folded in a local flour tortilla; with salsa fresca & hash browns….No heat here, so great for kids. Ask for hot sauce, for extra spice.

Shrimp Enchiladas – $13.25

Shrimp & Monterey Jack cheese in a flour tortilla topped with jalapeño-spiked cream and chipotle pepper sauce served with black beans & jalapeño rice.
