From the Yucatán Peninsula–two fried eggs served over local corn tortillas topped with black beans, tomatillo salsa, green peas, feta cheese, red salsa fresca – with fried bananas on the side…yes, it sounds a little strange, but it is Capi & Brent’s absolute favorite!

Trio’s Benedict – $10.50

Toasted English muffin, smoked ham, two poached eggs, hollandaise – with hash browns & seasonal fresh fruit.

Eggs Scandinavia – $11.50

Toasted English muffin , Norwegian smoked salmon, two poached eggs, hollandaise, fresh dill, capers – with hash browns.

Crab Cake Benedict – $13.00

Two lump crab cakes bound with red bell pepper, scallions, garlic, spices, & parmesan bread crumbs on a toasted English muffin topped with poached eggs and hollandaise – served with fresh fruit.

Shrimp & Grits – $12.50

Large Gulf shrimp, Andouille sausage, garlic, green onion, herbs and spices simmered in a classic roux, served over cheese grits and accompanied by garlic bread.
